Hackintosh AMD older graphics

How good/compatible are AMD RX480, 470,... series of graphics for a Hackintosh? Is it supported or is it better to buy a RX570 or 580 for example, or eaven NVidia?

Not current Nvidia cards (RTX / GTX 16xx) since they are not supported in MacOS due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

The RX 470 / RX 480 are supported since MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 and should work with MacOS Mojave and Catalina.
