H61N-USB3 INTEL HD3000

Hi Man,

i need help with a minimac, i've this components

MB Gigabyte h61n-usb3
pro: i3 2130
ram: 4gb
hd: corsair force GT
VC: intel hd 3000


I install Lion using Dvi port and i finish the installation without problem.

When i reboot i boot with my usb pen and after the boot image(apple) i see my mouse and the apple logo.....i put a video card inside the pc and all it's ok, i install the DSDT and the last chimera. I remove the video card and nothing..... now i see my mouse with white screen.

Someone can help me???

Hi same prob here...
I have the HD3000 too, and it goes no further than logo and mouse...

But it work with a video card for you ?

I get my 6870 tomorrow and i hope i will work.....

Yess i've tried with palit 520 and my 6870 and it's perfect! but i've a very small case.....

Your CPU only has HD2000 graphics, which is not supported by either Snow Leopard or Lion. If you do not plan on getting a supported video card and want to use integrated graphics, then you must replace the CPU with one that has HD3000 graphics, which means one of the following : i3-2105, i3-2125, i5-2405S, i5-2500K, i7-2600K or i7-2700K.
