It is for MacBooks and is quite chip. I think I'll give it a try and I'll buy one to test.

I receive the parts today and is working OOB . The system profiler recognize it as an airport extreme card and is running ok at 64 bit on SL 10.6.6

Now I want to update my router to someone with 802.11n support because the transfer rate between my machines with my 54mbit/s router is about 2.5mb/sec.
Too slow to transfer files but enough for internet downloads-uploads
