H100i and best way to set it up.

Have a socket 2011 build with the Gigabyte up5 and cant figure out how to set up the H100i. The link software is only for windows and I will only be running ML on this build.

H100i doesn't support the software ontrol under OSX whatsoever.
The best way is to set a scythe kaze master in one of your drive bay, placing the cpu sensor between the cpu and the pump (make sure the thermal compound is still in a good shape otherwise you'll have to replace it with a fresh one).
In this way you can monitorize the actual temperature and set the fan speed manually.
