[GUIDE] MSI G31TM-P31, 2GB Memory with Asus V621

Hi everyone. Old setup of mine, it is good to post it here...just in case I need to refer it back in future

Here are the system specs:

Motherboard: MSI G32TM-P31
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo
Graphics Card: Asus V621
Wireless LAN : TP Link TL-WN321G

Follow the iBoot Legacy+Multibeast method.

1. Tweak the BIOS accordingly to TonyMac IBoot guide.
2. Boot with iBoot-Legacy and Install SL.
3. Reboot.
4. Install Combo update 10.6.6.
5. Install Multibeast ( choose EasyBeasy and System Util)
6. Reboot.
7. Use Voodoo HDA 0.2.56 for Realtek ALC888S Audio
8. Download driver for wireless USB Dongle TP link from http://www.ralinktech.com/support.php?s=3 and install.
9. Reboot.
10. Enjoy Wifi and Audio!

NOTE : Handy stuff to have around :
- Windows 7 setup CD to destroy the existing SL partition incase of installation failure. ALWAYS install SL on a clean formatted HDD.
- Macdrive 8 ( to transfer the Combo update 10.6.6, Multibeast, etc )

It seems that you are using a MSI BOARD, and i badly need help in that.

Presently i am using MSI G31TM-P21 Mother board with Intel Dual core processor E5400 2.7 GHz, 3 GB RAM, NVIDIA GEFORCE 210 Graphics card (1 GB DDR2). with 500 gb sata HDD and SATA DVD WRITER.

Now when i booting the machine with iBoot and entering into Snow Leopord Setup only WHite Screen coming withe the Apple logo at Middle.

I have tried all the Method but of no use, please help.

dude, have you try iBoot-Legacy instead of iBoot?

try with -x -v options during boot and see what is holding up the booting process.
