I have now tried to optimize the keyboard layout with both Ukelele and karabiner.
With both tools I managed to swap the ^-key and <-key, but I can't activate the menu key as an option key.
In the Event Viewer of Karabiner nothing is displayed when I press the menu button.
Would something have to be changed in the kext files?

What do you mean by "menu key as an option key"?
What do you mean by "menu button"?

I mean the key to open the context menu, when running windows.
It is placed right from the space bar: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menu_key

That is an issue between you and the PS2 keyboard kext you're using (it depends on which ADB that key is mapped to by the kext).
You should look into the documentation for the PS2 kext you're using (I don't think you're using mine...)

I think I use yours but I will try to get in it.

If I'm not mistaken, the last kextcache you attached showed ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext, which is not my kext.

So can I take your kext and replace it?

My kext works best with Synaptics trackpad. If you have have ELAN, you probably don't want to use my kext.

I don't know which trackpad I have, how can I check this out?

Your ioreg indicates ELAN:

In my kexts-folder there is no ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.kext, the closest is a VoodooPS2Controller.kext.

Okay, I think I'm gonna have to get used to the subject.
