Disks: 1x Samsung 850 M.2 500GB (OS), 1x Samsung 850 SATA 500GB (data)

BIOS Setup
1. Update to version 65 (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27508/NUCs-BIOS-Update-SYSKLi35-86A-?product=89190)
2. Load Defaults
3. Disable VT-d

Install
1. Download macOS High Sierra 10.3.3 from App Store
2. Prepare USB key using UnitBeast 8.2 (https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/unibeast-8-2-0.371/)
3. Boot from USB (port doesn't matter)
4. Select External. No options necessary.
5. Format target SSD as APFS. All data will be lost.
6. Install
7. When rebooting, continue using USB, but choose "HFS" (yes, even though its APFS) instead. You will have to reboot 2 times.

Post Install
1. Run MultiBeast 10.2.0
2. Select Quick Start -> UEFI Boot Mode
3. Select Drivers -> Network -> Intel -> IntelMausiEthernet v2.3.0
4. Select Customize -> Graphics Configuration -> Intel HD 5xx
5. Select Customize -> Graphics Configuration -> Intel Graphics Fixup
6. Install
7. Unmount USB
8. Reboot

It is quite easy to follow if you read carefully and follow as written.
You'll have more things working...
