I'm not sure why you say nothing changed...

Look at the two ioreg files carefully. Note that the second IOHDACodecDevice node went away when you removed FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext.

So... with FakePCIID_Intel_HDMI_Audio.kext is better...

The HDMI-Audio didn't appear in Output at both 2 times.
