I dont get it 1 time it show patched 6 times another time not patched and almost all patch 1 time patched next time not patched

The patch you have is correct.

If you're finding it is not always patched, three possibilities:
- Clover bug
- kernel cache is not stable
- your on-disk kext is not vanilla

The patch you have "Enable 64MB DVMT-prealloc, 0x0d260007" is nonsense.
