3. rebooted with usb removed, wifi doesn't work :s

You're going to need to be more specific about what is wrong with WiFi.

According to ioreg, the drivers are loading and assigned to 'en1'.

If your laptop has dedicated keys to turn WiFi on, use them...

Macs do not have such external controls, so OS X is unaware of it.

Yes i have a dedicated wifi key which alternates as f8 as well,
I tried using it alone and with fn both but of no use.
It constantly displays orange light which in windows means wifi is off,

Boot into Windows. Turn it on. Verify it is working. Restart into OS X.

Note: You seem to have a unique problem no one else has reported.

Make sure you have current BIOS installed. In the event of a BIOS update, don't forget to re-patch ACPI (see post #1).

i have narrowed it down to DSDT,
if i boot without DSDT, wifi works but power management and sound don't work !
can u look at my dsdt to see whats wrong with it ?

Try re-patching based on guide in post #1. Maybe you changed things after you patched... Any change: BIOS option change, BIOS upgrade, hardware change, etc. requires re-extract, re-patch.

Is it known yet if this guide will work with El Captain that is being release later this month?

It will work with the current GM candidate, but expect a few changes from now until then.
