Ive just made a (SSDT injector) You'd be the first to try it. Ive been waiting to do this and move away from traditional DSDTs. I haven't had chance to try it yet. Attach you're config.plist. Put SSDT-Graphics in EFI/Clover/ACPI/patched remove any other DSDT you have atm. Also attach ioreg https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-how-to-make-a-copy-of-ioreg.58368/

I remember you graphics works good it shouws Ati radeon 5000 1024 mb,
everything is wokring but thing is is that is not write like "Ati Radeon HD5450"

Never had VTX before. Only had Sapphire & XFX the XFX has problems with the Frame buffer in OS X. Also something else to bare in mind some 5000 cards are only branded as 5000 just like the XFX version.
