Your trackpad is PS2/Synaptics. What is the issue?

It is really slow, mouse pointer jumps.
2 and 3 finger gestures are not working correctly.
2 finger gesture the pointer jumps over the screen and 3 finger gesture it is switching between 2 and 3 finger gestures.
So drag and drop for example is not possible or moving windows.

The question is, is it a known not functional function on an XPS 13 or a missconfiguration on my site?

EC reset didn't work.

I will check it today again.
When it's not working I will rollback to windows on that machine.
