Audio questions are off-topic here.

But...

Audio: Best result with patched AppleHDA. Google 'patch AppleHDA guide'. Search for suitable AppleHDA or patch it yourself. Apply appropriate DSDT patches.

I have to boot with cpus=1 SetKernelCache=No everytime at boot. What is the solution to this.

cpus=1 is covered in post #1 (KernelPatcher module).

SetKernelCache does nothing as it is not a valid bootflag.

Misplaced cause and effect.

Error is unrelated to KernelPatcher. Check your org.chameleon.boot.plist for any "Kernel" specification. You'll find something like this:

<key>Kernel</key>
<string>mach_kernel</string>

It is wrong for Yosemite. Remove it.

Hey , I have problems booting yosemite installer
after patching the kernel , it booted with
cpus=1 dart=0 VT-d , but i get this kernel panic about IObluetoothHCIController , here's my Toshiba Satelite L50-B-16Z specs and a photo with the kernel panic.
