Im planning on getting a gs70 and one of the xoticpc options is the Bigfoot Networks Killer™ Dual Band Wireless-N 1202 while the default is Intel® Dual Band AC 7260, I have read that the killer is just a AR9382 with a better firmware, in that case would it work under hackintosh?

Hello all,

I've got a BCM 943225 HMB installed in a Z97N-WIFI, and cannot pair with a magic trackpad.

I modified IOBluetoothFamily/Contents/Plugins/ BroadcomBluetoothHostControllerUSBTransport/Contents/Info.plist > "BroadcomUSBBluetoothHCIController - MediaLink BT4.0 Adapter":

From System Report > USB > Bluetooth:
- Product ID = 0xE012
- Vendor ID = 0x0489

Which converted to decimal is:
- Product ID = 57362
- Vendor ID = 1161

At boot I get this garbage with verbose mode:


What am I doing wrong here? Thanks

If the device is not present on the PCIe bus, then it is not working. Either a defect in the hardware or an incorrect install. Verify that the card is well-seated. Otherwise, replace card with a working one.
