10.11 has new requirements. Use the _PRW patch.

Use the "USB3 _PRW(0x0d)..." patch.

My laptop repo and my version of MaciASL is linked from the guide. At the repo is a README. If you follow the instructions at the README for setting up the repo within MaciASL, it is not difficult to find.

Always read carefully.

An alternate solution for "instant wake" using AppleUSBXHCI.kext is to use "USB _PRW(0x6D) and Rename XHC to XHC1". You should examine your DSDT to determine what the relevant _PRW methods return to be certain the patch is appropriate for your DSDT. Also provided in the repo is "USB _PRW(0x0D) and Rename XHC to XHC1" (0x0D and 0x6D are both common values for XHC/EHC/HDEF return from _PRW).
