But the question is : if the fonts looks awesome, on iMac 27" Retina, with the same resolution as the Dell, should the Dell look the same ? I mean only the fonts, not the contrast, colors, gamma, etc.

The Dell UP2715K is a high quality panel at the top end of the consumer market that has been properly set up by the manufacturer and as a result you should have no problems with fonts being displayed. The best advice would be for you to check this out for yourself. If you cannot find a retailer locally that stocks display models on the shop floor then buy from an etailer that will let you return the item if you are unhappy.

Will that work for OS X ? does it add some lag, for Windows OS ?

That active Club adapter has been used by several people on this site. Some have had success while others have not. Worth a try at least as you might be one of the lucky ones. I cannot see how an active adapter can possibly create signal lag in any operating system. AMD recommend using these adapters for multi screen use with AMD cards.
