I'm trying to get 970 to work with yosemite.
I had to uninstall the card to get the instaler to work. GraphicsEnabler=No didn't get it to work.
Did someone manage to get a last generation Nvidia to work ?
some peaople seemed to get it to work with the web drivers.

1. Install or boot yosemite with "nv_disable=1"
2. Install this: http://us.download.nvidia.com/Mac/Quadro_Certified/343.01.01f01/WebDriver-343.01.01f01.pkg
3. On Chameleon set: kext-dev-mode=1 nvda_drv=1

I've a GTX 980 and Yosemite works at me only with the
display port-cable, otherwise I receive a black screen. I had to buy a Displayport->HDMI Adapter

Thanks. Worked like a charm. It worked for me on the D-DVI port with 1440p resolution

How may I put commands on Chameleon at every start automatically? I have to write nvda_drv=1 every time I perform a boot.

Can you explain me how did you connect the VGA to your monitor? did you use the displayport cable and the adaptor on the back of the monitor or viceversa? is it the same thing?
