GTX 750 1gb hooked up to TV pixelated

HI i just recently got a GTX 750 and sometimes with it, it boots my computer sometimes it doesn't ( I have a mobo or PS problem) but that's not my question.

I have the Gigabyte GTX 750 1GB hooked up and it's pixelated then usual more than my integrated graphics. With my integrated it is set to 1366 x 768. but when i hook up the gpu i only have the option to change my screen settings to 720. and yes it's a 720p TV
