Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti 2Gb on EX58-UD5

OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 (12C60)
Nvidia drivers 304.00.05f02 http://www.nvidia.com/object/macosx-304.00.05f02-driver.html

System boots fine recognizes card, than after few seconds-few minutes crashes and reboots without any warning or KP.
Another card - gtx260 - everything works fine.
gtx650 ti runs great on another computer.

Please, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am clueless.

Any clues in Console at the time it crashes?

Here are the console logs:

session1: first crash, last 30 seconds,
session2: second crash, (very short) entire session from boot till crash.

Please take a look

I'm not seeing anything familiar in there, sorry.
At one point when I was trying to get my 560 to work I tried uninstalling the NVIDIA driver by running 'NVIDIA Driver Restore.mpkg' in /Library/Application Support/NVIDIA. You could try that and see if the native OSX support works better.

Otherwise it looks like a clean install might be a good idea.

Thanks for help,

I haven't had any success in fixing this issue.
First I've tried to get that new update from appstore, changed my smbios to imac 13,1 and update appeared and installed with no problems. Just had to reinstall audio kexts again via hackinstaller.
Put in GTX650 but crashes again.
I've noticed that the card has not gotten recognized ok this time, instead it was seen as NVIDIA D14P1-30. There is a thread here about that, and people had successfully solved that by installing nvidia drivers. So i installed drivers (again) and everything gotten srwd up, could not boot at all, no mather what boot flags used.

Restored ML from backup.
Selling damn card. I'll get 660 or something else from HCL.

Maybe the card is faulty. It's a problem I've not heard about before.
