GTX 570 HDMI Dual Screen not working on 10.7.3

Just updated to 10.7.3. I used nvenabler and everything is recognized okay. But my displays don't work when I use HDMI. Only works with DVI. So I am stuck with one screen right now. Is there any way to fix this? I need my dual screen!

DP + HDMI: does not work
DP + DVI: works
DP + DVI (w/DVI2HDMI adapter): works (both w/HDMI audio)
HDMI + DVI (w/DVI2HDMI adapter or w/o): works (both w/HDMI audio)
DVI + DVI: works
