GTX 560 ti wake freezes

my specs:

i7 2600k
GA Z68XP-UD3
16 GB Corsair
GA GTX 560 ti
Mountain Lion - upgraded from Lion

when i wake my system, sometimes everything freezes and i have to restart. Also, sometimes when my monitor gets off due to the energy saving setting of switching off monitor after 5 minutes.. i am not able to wake the monitor.. i don't know whats wrong..

this used to happen in Lion also and now after the upgrade its still happening..

is there any fix for the same in multibeast or i have to do something else..??

please help.. this is driving me crazy..

I'm having similar issues whenever my screen goes to sleep and I would get back on the mouse freezes the computers unresponsive. Not all the time but more times about this is occurring. Please let me know if you find thanks.
