gt 430 vs hd 5670

Iam using a hackintosh system since 2009.
At the moment Iam using a hd 4890. I want to replace that card with a card without a fan.

So which card is besser?

nivida gt 430

or

hd 5670

the price is almost the same, but I don´t know which card runs better with mac osx.

the hd5670 is in the new imac installed, right?

I would go with the GT 220 fan less GPU. I don't know of anyone who's gotten the 5670 to work, and the nvidia 4xx series has been known to cause random freezes.
