Grey screen with cursor when trying clean install Big Sur and OC 7.5/7.6

Hi guys - I don't know why, but when I try to do a fresh install of Bg Sur from USB using opencore 0.7.5/0.7.6 it passes through the picker fine and gets to the screen with cursor - then it just sits on that screen, no installer window or menu bar appears - cursor moves fine so mouse is working fine. My EFI folder seems to be fine - have built and rebuilt EFI folder and the same thing happens. Please help!

I seem to have a similar issue using a quadro K2000, what GPU are you using?

AMD 5500 XT

The thing is that it was all working fine until I updated OC

That card is shown as supported just like the k2000, do you have agdpmod=pikera in your config?
