It is an XFX card so it is hard to say if it will work or not.
XFX use a different VBios in their cards, which can often result in issues using one of their cards in macOS.
If you are buying the card from Amazon, then the risk is lessened as you can return the card if it doesn't work in your Hack. Buying from someone else, especially second-hand would not be worth the risk.
A Sapphire, Asus or Gigabyte card would be a safer option.
