Graphics Card Advice

I am looking at getting a new Video card and am wondering if anyone has used the XFX Radeon HD 5770 Juniper XT. See the link below for an example. I like this one as XFX has a lifetime warranty. I just wondered if it is a reference design or not. If not I suppose I would get the Bat Mobile 5770 (Gigabyte).

That one is model HD-577A-ZNFC.

The one I use is HD-577X-ZNFC, which works 100% fine (so far!).

I suspect your one will be fine too.

Thanks for the advice guys just wanted to make sure. I have had great luck with XFX and they are great with their RMA department as well.

So could you put this card HD-577X-ZNFC into an existing hackintosh, that has say an Nvidia 9400XT installed, and it would work, or would I have to make changes?

I think after swapping from your card to a 5770 that you should boot with iBoot, and install Chameleon ATI Experimental. Never done it though, only installed from fresh.
