Your Dell needs config.plist/KernelAndKextPatches/DellSMBIOSPatch=true (look at your ioreg and notice that your SMBIS is truncated)
It appears you edited your config.plist. Worse than that, you used Clover Configurator to do that. Start with the appropriate plist from my Clover guide. DO NOT use Clover Configurator with it. Use only Xcode or PlistEdit Pro to edit your config.plist.
I see you attempted to disable Nvidia via ACPI edits. Your _REG is not patched correctly (it should not be calling _OFF). Only the EC related code that you removed from _OFF (or HGOF) should be placed there.

Your WhateverGreen.kext in EFI/Clover/kexts/Other is not the current version.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.
