hi, i'm looking for a graphics card without fan work properly with Mavericks. Yosemite usb3 have problems with mavericks and works very well.
I'm looking for a graphics card without fan than difficult to buy

I'm not sure what you mean by "Yosemite usb3 have problem with mavericks and works very well", but you can get a GeForce 610 for about ₤30 or US$40:
