Ok, it was fixed but an update broke it again. Can someone please help, this has been an issue for 2 years now.
Is there any thing wrong with my config.plist? This GTX 760 is killing me

When ever you update el capitan you have to update your nvidia drivers as well, if you have installed nvidia drivers.
I had to do the same procedure every time my el capitan was updated:

1) Shut down
2) Remove graphics card
3) Boot using build in intel graphics
4) Update nvidia drivers
5) Shut down
6) Insert graphics card
7) Boot!

I was having the same problem but i tried this:

on clover configurator
uncheck nv_disable=1
check nv_drv=1

and it worked!View attachment 195689

ON the Dell Optiplex 3020 i5-4590 SFF I put in the Asus GeForce GT 710 2 GB and had the "nvidia chip model 7 mb" message but I used your suggestion and it worked.

With the new Clover Configurator I went into the Boot menu and deleted nv_disable+1 and added nvda_drv=1.

The card is seen as a GT 710 2 GB. Thanks!!
