for ram type : cl 9 or cl 10 change something ?

I think you build is fine, though you would make easier on yourself if you get a Ivy Bridge Intel Processor and something from the Gigabyte Z77 family of Mobos. Of course that convenience will cost you a bit more I suspect. Sandy Bridge is a more challenging build as I understand it, though there are plenty of tutorials on the subject.
