Going to be doing a GA-Z68XP-UD3 install F10 for bios or UEFI

I am putting together a new machine. I am getting a GA-Z68XP-UD3 mobo and I am really debating if I should do the F10 bios and DSDT or go UEFI without. At the end of the day I want to do what is going to be the smoothest, and I will need USB 3. Any feedback out there?
