I have my system working well, Catalina installed, Gigabyte z490 G but I am having a small niggle, even though energy saver is turned to never sleep after about 25 to 30 mins it goes to sleep, woken with password. Can anybody tell me why this is happening and can I rectify it?

Look under the System Preferences > desktop & Screen Saver >Screen Saver tab.

You should have the option to turn off the Screen Saver.

Screen Saver set to appear after 10 minutes

Screen Saver disabled.

Under the System Preferences > Energy Saver tab, make sure you only select 'Prevent computer from sleeping automatically when the display is off' option.
