Gigabyte z77x-D3H help / advice (new here)

Hi everybody,

I'm new into the Hackintosh world, i need some help / advice.

My stuff :

- Gigabyte z77x-D3H.
- External USB sound card (because i heard that via chips doesn't work).
- I7 3770k.
- 8go ram 1600 mhz.
- no graphic card (i will use HD 4000).
- 2 TB + 1 TB (for data, i will format them to ExFat for use it also with windows 7) + 250go (for system).

I read some guide but they don't talk about mountain lion.

Does i need to delete kext if i plan to use a USB soundcard (native instrument audio 2) ?
Does sleep / power management / wan / etc... (exept "sound") will work OOTB ?

Do you have some advice ?
Should i will able to make a "Raid 5 ExFat" setup in bios (gigabye) later for my data (i plan doing video making / etc...) ?
