Gigabyte Z690 Aero G + i5-12600K + AMD RX 6800 XT

Oops, this one:
Thanks for that. :thumbup:

This is what I've implemented-

Renamed device from RP05 to RP09 based on IOREG.

No hot-plug, only cold boot works.

This is the same behavior I observed on my Gigabyte Z390 Designare. Flashing the firmware enabled Thunderbolt Local Node, but broke sleep. It may be possible to bypass the sleep problem by using the GPRW SSDT and ACPI patch. I’ll get back to this soon.

@CaseySJ
I fellow the guide to install Monterey(12.7.4) using this EFI file, EFI-077-Z690-AERO-G.zip, but meet errors

My build:
Z690 Aero G
Intel i7-12700K
AMD RX 6800 XT
32GB (2x16GB) ADATA DDR4 3600

BIOS(ver. F6):
Tweaker
Extreme Memory Profile(X.M.P) → disable
Tweaker → Advanced CPU Settings
Option 1: All cores, all threads
Settings → IOPorts
Re-Size BAR Support → disable
All other settings is the same with the guide.

EFI Config(config.plist):
using MacPro7.1

the installing go into the first progress bar screen(p1.jpg), and then stuck into the error page(p2.jpg).

Am i missing something? Any help?

that usually indicates a USB issue

best to use a USB2 stick for installation, also try all ports on the back of the motherboard

I using the back USB2.0 ports for a try
first, it stuck at this screen for a while(IMG_1.jpg),
then, the log scroll very fast(IMG_2.jpg)
at last, it get into black screen, and nothing can do at the black screen.

in a short,
if i using the USB3.0 port, it will get into banned logo screen,
if i using the USB2.0 port, it will get into black screen
