gigabyte z68ap-d3 rev2 problems

Hello.

i have installed snow leopard 10.6.8 on my system. (details in signature)..

When i run geekbench with just DSDT i got 4500 in score.
When i install nullcpupowermanagement.kext into extra folder. i got 11000.

How can i fix to run without the ****ings nullcpupowermanagement.kext??

i have used the DSDT from tonymac DSDT database.. i have the latest bios installed. So i match with the DSDT.

I have that same board and I have no sound, network, and I have to boot from the USB constantly.... Hope someone can help. The DSDT download isn't working for some reason.
