how do we do the manipulation, I no longer remember?

Please open the config.plist with OpenCore Configurator and do the following to add "-v":

I am lost I must put opencore at the root of a usb key and boot from it? I'm sorry I'm a little lost

Put the EFI folder on the EFI partition of a USB flash drive and boot from it.
