I have a Gigabyte X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0 with BIOS FF with Yosemite. Anyone can help me what is the setup on BIOS and if I need some driver to make the Seagate Barracuda 3TB SATA works on my Yosemite? Thanks guys!

There are 4 basic settings you need to make sure of with this board:
SATA mode to AHCI
ACPI setting to S3
HPET enabled
HPET 64bit mode.

Seagate drive needs no additional drivers to make it work - just format it with Disk Utility.

Connection for what? If for SATA port for HDD, look in manual and find port labeled SATA2_0
IIRC, this is port closest to mainboard in stack of 2 on end of several toward the 24pin power connector.
Use this port for boot drive
