Gigabyte X299 Deisgnare EX and Titan Ridge Card ?

Quick question. Can you install the Titan Ridge Card on an X299 Designare EX? There are people that seem to stating it can but it's not listed as compatible on Gigabytes website. Thanks in advance!

That mobo has onboard/built in 2x Thunderbolt 3 ports on the i/o plate, so IDK if it would let you run another set since there doesn't appear to be an accessable TB header on that board.
