Gigabyte RADEON HD5450 GV-R545D2-512D 2xHDMI/VGA/DisplayPort

Has anyone used the Gigabyte RADEON HD5450 GV-R545D2-512D card or a similar card? I understand that the HD5450 is supported in Lion but not in Snow Leopard. This card, if it works well, seems like a great option especially since it has dual HDMI ports.
