Gigabyte P55A-UD3, Gigabyte HD5770 Video Card, no sound

I hope someone can help me.

I installed OS 10.6.3 and updated to 10.6.4 successfully. (booting fine) but one the video i only can set to 1024x768 anyway I can set it higher? I installed AL889a for sound but the motherboard has AL889, i reinstalled but not success, cant anyone help me. please.

I have the same board but I was forced to switch to a GeForce 9500GT because nothing else would work. I spent weeks on this. As soon as I changed the video board I did a clean install of SL and everything except sound worked perfect. I got the DSDT for this board
and used the 2.3 multiBeast. I put multiBeast and the DSDT.aml file both on the desk top ran MultiBeast and now I have all resolutions of video. Now of course i'm working on the right Kext for audio. If I figure that out i'll post it to you. All the updates to 10.6.4 went smoothly.
