Gigabyte P55-USB3 or P55A-UD3

They're both inexpensive enough, but the UD3 is on sale on Newegg for less than the USB3. I've had a couple PM me stating the USB3 is 100% working, but what about the UD3? I'm heading to MicroCenter this weekend, and they're both available (if not sold out).

Both should be OK, however on the UD3, you will have no support for IDE, nor the 2 x SATA 6Gb/s connectors, as the Marvell 9128 chip is unsupported.
