Gigabyte motherboards

I am currently looking for the best mother to build my hackintosh. I would like to know does the built-in vga dvi or hdmi on some GigaByte motherboards actually work with a hackintosh?
All the reccomended builds have built-in graphics ports but cheaper versions are availble without the graphics built-in. (no LGA) Just wondering is there any difference between them I am not seeing?

The built-in graphics is in the CPU, not on the motherboard. Only the VGA port don't work.
