GIGABYTE LAN NOT REACH 1000 Mbps

Hello i have elcapitan, motherboarth gigabyte z77 d3sh,it mount an ATHEROS AR8161 onboard ethernet card.the kext is atheros E2200.
The ethernet card can support 10/100/1000 Mbps but it is blocked to 1000 Mbps.
I also try to changhe network preferences but nothing.
Can anyone help me?
