I recently did a fresh install of OS X and did everything like usual.

Before doing the fresh install, the Green audio port was working.

I installed OS X using my Unibeast USB and then ran Multibeast after the successful installation.

I even had the same Multibeast settings saved.

I repaired my disk and repaired permissions and tried again.

What could possible be the issue since it worked before this fresh install?

Thank you

If you have not opened the computer case and worked inside i.e. intentionally or inadvertently altered any audio cable connections, or altered any BIOS audio settings, I suggest you follow these steps:

1. Check your System Report... through Apple icon>About This Mac
2. Click Audio from the left panel and then click Audio on the Right Pane and see your Intel HD audio is present. If it is not, then, you need to reinstall the Audio Kext through the latest Multibeast (7.3 For Yosemite). If It is present, click the Right arrowhead by the side of Devices to expand and check for Speaker and Microphone devices you might have installed to the appropriate Green and Pink ports respectively. If Devices are not listed go to next step:

3.
Make sure you have inserted the audio device jacks to the correct colored port or reinsert to make sure.
4.
Click open System Preferences ( Gear-wheel icon) from Dock or Apple icon (Menu bar)>System Preferences and then Sound
5.
Click Output menuto see if Your Speaker is listed the box below and then adjust its volume output using the slider below
6.
If you have a Mic , click the Input menu and similar adjustment of its volume.
7.
Test speaker using the Sound effects menu and contents in the box below.
8.
Test Mic by speaking into Mic and noting the Input level Progress bar motion
Always consider a hardware damage if there is no software setting problem is found.
Hope this helps
