Gigabyte HD 6870 + GA-Z68XP-UD4 rev 1.0 + YOSEMITE

Hi, my hackintosh still working with Lion.

I bought another ssd and try to install Yosemite, try to follow every installation guide, but the installation failed: the system cannot boot without the usb Unibeast and after I choose the os Yosemite if freezes after a few second (there'a a bar under the apple that cannot finish to start).

Do anyonw could say if the graphic card and Yosemite can work together?

Dunno about your GPU compatibility. Have you tried booting with -v?
