I have been facing problem with my graphics card

my system
gigabyte ga-g41m-combo
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.83GHz
crucial 4x 8gb ddr3
gigabyte geforce gtx 1050 ti g1 gaming 4gb
seagate barracuda 1tb
