Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H vs UD5H?

I've already searched the internet, but didn't find any answer: Is there a good reason to choose the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H over the GA-Z97X-UD3H mobo? I know it has more sata and usb3 connections, but otherwise?
(I'll combine it with the i7 4790k and i'd like to use it mainly for video editing, if that matters).

If you need dual Lan ports for any reason, if you want more overclocking features then
go with the UD5H. If those aren't important then save the extra money or spend it
on something else. Then go with the UD3H. In simple terms the UD5H just has more
bells and whistles.

That was exactly what I thought: Why not spend the extra money on something else? On a better graphics card maybe.
