It does matter - especially if you don't know what's in the boot sector of the disk you have selected with your BIOS. I think that could be your problem - having an invalid boot sector in one of your disks, since that's what loads up after the DMI configuration.
Okey, latest update.
I've got the system running (!!!)... Yeah... it took me 4 days...
As I said, amount of partitions didn't matter. I tested the installation specifically to confirm that. Just took me an extra 2 hours... But who's counting?
It turn out to be the Chameleon 2.0 RC4 was screwing me around...
At the end I was able to install PF-EFI 10.6 by netkas with fakesmc 2.5 kext... And now everything is working!!!
After that I went and installed Win7 on empty partition, then with iBoot came back to Mac OS and set the Mac Partition bootable (so now when I turn PC on I will see PC-EFI with Win7 and Mac to choose from)...
Now I can relax and go to bed...
