Here is my build procedure. It seems to be working just fine.
Sound, hardware acceleration, streaming video/internet, are all working.
OSX 10.6.4 64-bit w/ 8GB RAM works.
DVI out for monitor works.
HDMI-out does not work.
esata works.
USB 2.0 works.
USB 3.0 - have not tested
i5-760 64-bit OSX 10.6.4 with 8GB RAM.
I really wanted the 64-bit kernel to work because under the 32-bit kernel, any individual program can only use 4GB max. I want to use my rig for Pro Tools and wanted it to be able to use all 8.
Many thanks to Jorge Sierra for his build instructions. I used his post as a guide and that got me most of the way through. However his Multibeast config settings did not work for me, and did not get my rig to run at 64-bit. If my build instructions don't work for you, his might. you can see his at:

As I mentioned above, I used another guide to get me most of the way through the installation. I had no issues at all and followed it directly until I got to section 5.15.
Please follow all of the instructions on the following guide until you get to section 5.15.
the guide is the same i linked to above:

Next I updated OSX to 10.6.4. I did this before I installed Multibeast. This update is freely available as a .DMG file for hackintoshes on the web. I won't post the links here. my .DMG upgrade file was 636.7MB in size and installed/upgraded in just a few minutes. the computer will restart and again you will have to leave the iBoot disk in the drive in order to successfully startup OSX.
Now start Multibeast, but instead of using the DSDT file he provides and choosing a UserDSDT install in MultiBeast, I used these options instead:
i rebooted, removed my iBoot disc from the drive, and Snow Leopard started right up.
It is running the 64-bit kernel, and everything works great as outlined at the beginning.
This is my first post. If I leave out important details, I apologize.
