Gigabyte GA-H55M-S2 Mountain Lion wont install - Help!

I am have problems install ML on this bare-bone machine:

GIGABYTE GA-H55M-S2
INTEL Core i3-540 3.06 GHz
Corsair Ram in 1 slot
No graphics card

The system boots with the grey background and spinning apple logo, goes no further.

When I tried loading via verbose mode, it hangs around the realtec network card stage, does not go any further.

I have set the BIOS as per most of the instructions found here.

No idea what to do next, please help.

You need a supported graphics card, as your CPU graphics aren't supported.
