Still need a GPU as the processor has unsupported HD2500:

checked Intel HD 4600 is compatible yay, and mobo is perfect and also got more ram 4Gb

That hardware will work just fine - do not use system definitions Mac Pro 4,1 or 5,1. Stick with 3,1 for now (its your default safe setting - also sometimes its the fastest) My B75M-HD3 runs Mac Pro 3,1. My new i5-4440 & GA-H87-HD3 Haswell build is using iMac 14,2 - I haven't experimented much. Using the older machine most of the time as it uses SSD rather than HDD so it feels quicker.

If you want to experiment with different settings then I recommend a second installation on a second HDD. At least two or three people use Mac pro 5,1 every week and completely brake their install - starting again is often the fastest recovery method.

It is good practice to have one working day to day system running and use a second drive with several partitions and installations to test things out. Having other working installations to test teaches you a great deal and makes software updates easier knowing that if something brakes then you still have a working installation on another drive.
